  • The video should show the unopened package, the opening process, and the damage clearly.

  • Claims without a valid opening video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • Approved cases may be eligible for exchange, subject to product availability.


Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products without an opening video

  • Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution

  • Damage caused after delivery or mishandling by the customer

The decision of Purvi Collections will be final in all return or exchange-related matters.
